Palomino Derivative Arabian
2012 Taranaki all arabian show
An Arabian Derivative is a horse derived from Pure Arabian bloodlines and those of another breed. The arab assosiation does not allow crossbreds to be given purebred status ever so they get classed as derivatives no matter how much arabian blood they have in them. This is how they get coloured arabians but no matter how much the breed back to arabs the horse will never be classed as a purebred. Im not sure how much blood this horse has I would say a min of 50% arab but could be 80% arab.
